Panera Bread is always a nice spot for anytime of the day. They have a variety of bagels with cream cheeses, a lot of bakery items, many types of drinks, soups, and several hot food dishes. They will have what you need depending on time of the day you stop by. Panera is a solid chain.

The staff there is very slow. We went in at 2ish.. and there was at least 5 staff members and barely anyone in there....not kidding, my friend and I waited in line for at least 5 minutes if not more to order. Some guy took his sweet time making a smoothie while who knows what the others were doing (talking and standing around) Then they gave me the wrong sandwhich, I asked for the right one and it looked like they had just slopped my ingredients in there.... a chunk of avocado, not spread out, just one little chunk, 2 pieces of bacon stuck together, and my meat on one side of the sandwhich. Such shit... never go to this panera again.

I love Panera, don't get me wrong. Though the food isn't outstanding, its standard. What really irks me about this location is the one employee they always have constructing the plates and calls when they're done. She is always yapping hear head off, not paying attention and distracts everyone around her. I normally let it slide, but today I was on the opposite side of the panera and I could hear her clear as day, and she kept sneezing so loud. I can never enjoy my lunch when she's working. I'll go to Coralville from now on.

Almost always a safe bet for I'd but tonight was very different. We ordered out usually u pick 2, with broccoli cheddar soup and bacon turkey bravo sandwiches. We ate some soup while it was hot and then my husband looked at me and said "Is there any turkey on your sandwich ?". There was not. I walked them back up yo the counter and asked if they were out of turkey. The guy said no and that he would remake it. He brought it out, apologized and we opened up the sandwich. No turkey. How was this possible? I do not know. We were given a full refund and after tonight I will make sure that if I order a turkey sandwich there that I express that it should have meat in it!?

There was a time in college I got meals at Panera 5x a week for a year. It's a chain which has fresh baked breads, bagels, salads, soups, pastries, paninis, coffee drinks, the usual jive. I like the Pick 2 option for a meal and enjoy their soups, salads, and paninis equally. They also have free wi fi. I don't know if I'm burnt out or the quality is slipping but it isn't as well prepared as I recall. This location is also crowded and messy. On thing that pissed me off was I went in to grab a coffee and interrupted by a friend. I got up to chat and noticed an item I left at my table was gone, a key card. I asked an employee if someone turned it in a moment ago or an employee picked it up. The doofus asked me to describe the key card in detail. Then paused and said "we have none." Then why the freak did I have to describe it like they found 6 in the last ten minutes? He's making me drone on about it "well it's plastic, a small rectangle..." all the while knowing there wasn't one!

The food is good. It's the same as every other panera in the country. That's not the problem. I've had better service at the nearby McDonald's. The employees seem to enjoy each other's company so that's good for them. But when you're waiting in line hoping the milling mass behind the counter will tone down the stupid long enough to realize there's only one register open, it's not so good for you. Basically if you're pretty aggressive and confrontational this is the place for you. If you were looking for an easy no-hassle bite to eat, it's probably worth the drive to the coralville location. If you come here with any regularity someone WILL cut in front of you to order and no shits will ever be given. More than once I've walked up to an employee zoning out at a register only to hear oh I'm not open....wtf even?? Save yourself a face-palm and go to coralville or literally anywhere else.

The staff here is really friendly and the food comes out very quickly. Just don't get the avocado in the new salads, not ripe so it adds a layer or yuck to the mouthful of tasty.

This panera is very nice and more spacious than its Coralridge Mall option. They have a fire place and many places to sit. The food, like at all Paneras is quite tasty, I can't get enough of those pumpkin muffins :) The only problem I have with this Panera is that the staff always seem so rushy like they don't want to be bothered with you. Which is weird for this chain since they really push their employees for great customer service.

This Panera Bread is a great restaurant for the sycamore mall. They offer great pastries, drinks and WiFi. The parking lot is right in front of the store and is easily accessible. The management staff is very personable and they always want to make sure you are happy. The food is on the expensive side but the quality is well worth the money. Bring your laptops, netbooks and portable wifi devices in and enjoy a great bakery experience.

Located at the end of Sycamore mall they have a spacious location to offer plenty of seating for your dining and Wi-Fi usage. They have very tasty soups and sandwiches and offer baked goods as well.
